What is Light Module for Pick to Light system?
Light Module is an equipment utilized as an operation support system used for picking and sorting in distribution centers and factories. The light module is installed on storage shelves and lights lamps to guide operators with light and sound. With the increasing demand for high-mix small volume and short lead time in many sites, picking operation has become more complex, resulting in lower operation efficiency and more human errors. Especially inthese days when it is difficult to secure human resources, reducing the workload of operators and improving production efficiency are important issues. In this context, operation instructions using light modules can simplify and standardize operations compared to the operation using written instructions, thereby reducing variation in operation quality. The wireless light module requires no wiring and can be installed at various locations. It can be attached to Cart, Cage Trolleys or to the frontage of Picking Cart andTransfer Robot, enabling installation in accordance with the operation site and contributing to labor and manpower savings.

1. Utilizing NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, Settings for Wireless Light Module can be configured with Smartphone, and setting information can be retrieved even in the event of a device malfunction
2. Shock-absorbing cover (standard equipment) for protection against drops and other shocks
3. Display resolution has been increased. Enables to display easy-to-understand text, 2D codes, and other information.
